Dear Member,
The 48th Annual General Meeting of the Thames Concerts Society will be held at Tiffin Boys’ School, Kingston upon Thames on Wednesday 14 October at 7 pm.
Questions and informal discussions will be held over a glass of wine afterwards.
AGENDA
1 Introduction and apologies for absence.
2 Approval of the minutes of the 47th AGM.
3 Treasurer’s Report and adoption of the Annual Accounts.
4 Update on the evolution of Thames Concerts from a Charity to a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee.
5 Review of the past season and outline of plans for the new season including ideas for widening our audience.
6 Election of Officers and Committee members for the current year
7 AOB.
If any of you our Members would like to serve on the Committee would you please arrange for the form below to be completed and sent to my home address.
Of the current officers Simon Toyne (Artistic Director), David Martin (Hon Treasurer), Nicolette Warnes (Ticket Administrator) and I are willing to continue to serve.
Please try and join us on 14 October and of course at the first concert of the season, the Nash Ensemble Gala Concert on 31 October.
